This machine can be used in black engine oil,Crude oil and plastic oil, etc, by distilled catalyst to get gasoline and diesel oil. The waste oil pump into the distillation, through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature, the maximum working temperature is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again.
2,Systems of equipment
lReaction tank: waste oil will be pumped into this tank from the primary filter.
lHeating system: by burning coal or fuel oil to make the oil temperature up to setting value. This system equips with insulation system.
lCatalytic system: waste oil reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, and then the gaseous hydrocarbons will become gasoline and diesel composition.
lCooling system: gasoline and diesel after catalytic effect can be condensed into liquid materials.
lTemperature control system: ensure that waste oil transform into gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, waste oil drying by distillation, can stop heating timely.
lExhaust gas handling system: a small amount of not liquefied gas via treated, can meet emission standards.
